Effective Time Management

With all our busy schedules, classes and extra curriculars, it is very important to have good time management skills. How do you manage your time effectively?
Set goals that are achieveable and you know you will be able to measure.
Priotize your time.
Set a time limit to complete a task.
Organize yourself, keep a tidy room and work area.
Plan ahead of time so you know exactly what needs to be done.
Take a break between tasks so that it does not become overwhelming.
If it's not necessary drop tasks or activities.
Try to stay focused by taking breaks when you need to, but give full attention when working.
Try not to multi task. It doesn't really work as your attention is not fully given to any task.
Create a to-do list and carry items that have not been done in the day to the next day. But don't forget to prioritize.
